Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.
Pack Your Products
Securely place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
